Your Business's New Home

Downtown Moorhead could be the perfect site for your next project or your business’s new home. With historical gems, blank spaces, and extended incentives this area has plenty of redevelopment opportunities.

Several large redevelopment projects are currently underway in the downtown area. The Former Knights of Columbus Hall located at 913, 915, 923 Main Ave will be the site of a four-story multi-family housing building with 45 units.

The Grove LLC is located on a former industrial, highly contaminated site. Cleanup of this land was made possible by state and local incentives. The three buildings of multi-family housing will bring $12.4 million of new building valuation and a whole new customer base into our downtown.

The Loft redevelopment project sits on the corner of 8th St and Main Avenue, the second busiest intersection in Moorhead. This project will be a four-story mixed use building, with retail on the main level, office space on the second level, and apartments on the top two floors.
